There are 4 bedrooms with two master suites, each master room is completed with its own private bath so two families don't have to decide who gets the master suite. All of the bed rooms have their own cable TVs and telephones, 3 bathrooms, large dining room, family room with large screen cable TV, DVD/VCR and PlayStation 2, full air conditioning and heating system.

Kitchen:

The Villa has a spacious open plan fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer/icemaker, waste-disposal unit and double sink. Adjacent is a Breakfast Nook with table and chair seating for four that overlooks the pool area. Cooking utensils, filter coffee maker, baking set, dishes and telephone, and more are also included. 

Dining room:

Formal dining table with 6 chairs, Adjustable high chair for baby.

Family room (Great room):

The family room has a sofa, a love seat, side tables, coffee table, Deco lights and floor lamps, and provides access to the pool area, along with a large screen multi-channel cable television, DVD and ceiling fan. A PlayStation 2 is available to use free of charge.

First master bedroom:

Fully furnished with a King-size bed with dresser and mirror, two night stands, bedside lamps, cable TV and phone, Patio door running the length of the room give you your own personal access to the deck and pool area. 

The lovely en-suite bathroom has two single bowl vanity units, a toilet (separated from the remainder of the bathroom by its own door), a large roman bath and a huge walk-in shower cubicle. Also in the bathroom area are two large walk-in closets.

Second master bedroom:

Furnished with a queen size bed with night stand and bedside lamp, Closet, cable TV and telephone. This bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom with an annexed door. A ceiling fan, hairdryer and radio alarm clock are available in both master bedrooms.

Bedroom 3 and 4:

These are two twin bedrooms furnished with two twin beds in each room. Both these rooms share a bathroom and are equipped with remote control TV and their own telephones.

Laundry Room:

Washer & Drier, Towels & Linens Provided.

Pool and hot tub spa:

The beautiful tiled heatable pool measures 30' x 15' and has been extended to give you extra enjoyment. There is also an 8' diameter raised Jacuzzi Spa bath for the ultimate in relaxation. A waterfall running from the spa into the pool provides a soothing background for when you're relaxing around the deck. A seperate hot tub spa provides even more relaxing. Once out there you won't want to go back in for anything so we've even provided a cabana shower outside on the deck so you can cool off!

This stunning extended deck is one of the largest offered by any house-builder in the region. However, we wanted even more for our guests, so we've extended it even further to give an exceptional feeling of space.

The surrounding area (within two miles) is rich with restaurants, 24hr grocery stores, walk-in medical care, pharmacies, bank, ATM machine, plenty of choices for dining out or take away food and exciting family fun facilities, and next to the excellent Champions Gate golf resort complex. It is ideal for avid Golfers several courses nearby. It is in a peaceful country setting with lanes lined with palm trees. It is one of the closest communities to the theme parks with every possible amenity at your disposal. All attractions and other facilities are within easy driving distance. For those guests who visit the Disney Parks, being able to come home for a relaxing lunch and a refreshing dip in the pool or Jacuzzi before returning later really is wonderful. And the Gulf Coast beaches are an easy and one hour drive (Sanctuary resort is only a few minutes driving from the I-4 East-West Florida Interstate highway).
